Idaho ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Idaho Secretary of State requires that Idaho Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report must be delivered to the Secretary of State each year before the end of the month during which a Corporation or LLC was initially authorized to transact business. A pre-printed report form with instructions will be mailed to the Registered Agent of the Corporation or LLC prior to its due date.

Idaho ANNUAL REPORT FILING FEES AND DUE DATES

Corporation	NO CHARGE
There is no filing fee if the Corporations Annual Report is received on or by the date it is due.
Limited Liability Company	NO CHARGE
There is no filing fee if the Limited Liability Companies Annual Report is received on or by the date it is due.

Idaho ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

If an annual report is not received on or by the due date the following will occur:

Domestic Corporations and Limited Liability Companies will be subject to administrative dissolution.
